Where do I find the results of the address validation?
All results of the address validation are found on the order page for each individual order in the note section.
Does this work with International addresses?
Currently ShipSafe only works with US addresses.
What happens if I go over my allowed number of address validations?
If you go over you allowed number of address validations you'll automatically be upgraded to the higher plan. If you use more validations than the highest plan we'll reach out to come up with a custom plan for you.
Can I revalidate an address if I make a change?
Yes, you can by clicking the app button (the three little dots at the top of the page) and clicking on the validate address button.
